The un-beaton run had to come to an end at sometime. Congratulations to Handsworth Boys in winning the semi -final of the cup at Sheffield Rangers Ground.
Greenhill didnt quite live upto their high standards in the match and we runners up to a derserving Handsworth side.
Take nothing away from the lads though, they have had a fantastic season taking the "Y" league as un-defeated champions and getting through to the semi-finals of the cup.
We are all very, very proud of what has been achieved this year and we look forward to a hard and competative Division A next year.
Good luck to Handsworth in the final against SWYO on Sunday the 16th.

Thanks to all the players / parents / managers and coaches of Greenhill for making it such a memorable year. Thanks also to our opponents this year for making each and every game competative and to all associated with the various clubs for making us welcome when we have visited their pitches.

Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
